The Dashboard gives you full control over your AI agent calls. You can quickly start an outbound call directly from the web interface and monitor it in real time.
How to Make a Call ?
- Locate the Call Button
On the bottom-right corner of the dashboard, you’ll see a phone call button.
Click it to open the Call pop-up window. - Enter the Number
- Type the destination phone number in the input field.
- Numbers must be in valid format (E.164 recommended).
- Select Your Salpre Box
- Choose the Salpre Box you want to use.
- Reminder: Your Salpre Box must be connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth in order to place a call.
- Select the Agent
- Pick the AI Agent that should handle the call.
- Each agent has its own prompt, voice, and behavior.
- Add Additional Information (Optional)
- You can pass extra variables (like customer name, appointment details) into the agent before the call starts.
- These help personalize the conversation.
- Click “Call Now”
- The call will begin using your selected Salpre Box.
- If the box is properly connected to a phone, the call will dial out immediately.
Monitoring Live Calls
- Once the call starts, you can see it live inside the Dashboard.
- You’ll see details such as:
- Call status (initiated, in progress, ended)
- Caller number
- Connected agent
- You can hang up directly from the Dashboard panel at any time.
