Membership

The Membership page allows you to manage your Salpre AI subscription plan. From here, you can view your current plan, switch to a different package, or cancel your subscription at any time.


🔹 Viewing Your Membership

  • Navigate to Settings → Membership in the Salpre Dashboard.
  • You’ll see your current subscription highlighted with a “Your current plan” badge.
  • Each plan card displays:
    • Monthly price
    • Included minutes
    • Features (AI Agents, SalpreBox, Phone Numbers)
    • Whether a SalpreBox device is included

🔹 Available Plans

Dev Business – $49/month

  • 1500 Minutes Call
  • Unlimited AI Agents
  • Unlimited SalpreBox
  • Unlimited Phone Numbers
  • Includes 1 SalpreBox
  • Cancel option: “Cancel My Subscription” button

Dev Enterprise – $199/month

  • 7500 Minutes Call
  • Unlimited AI Agents
  • Unlimited SalpreBox
  • Unlimited Phone Numbers
  • Includes 1 SalpreBox
  • Subscribe option: “Subscribe” button

🔹 Changing Plans

  • To upgrade or switch plans, click the Subscribe button on the desired package.
  • The new plan will be applied immediately, and billing will be adjusted accordingly.

🔹 Canceling a Subscription

  • To cancel your current subscription, click the “Cancel My Subscription” button under your active plan.
  • Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to free tier access (limited features).

📝 Best Practices

  • Review your minutes usage regularly to ensure you’re on the right plan.
  • Upgrade if your team requires more calling minutes or larger campaigns.
  • Cancel or downgrade if you’re not using the full allowance.
  • Keep in mind that unused minutes do not roll over between billing cycles.
