The Bulk Calls feature allows you to launch outbound calling campaigns where your AI agent calls a list of customers one by one. This is useful for marketing campaigns, reminders, follow-ups, or surveys.
Accessing Bulk Calls
- From the Dashboard menu, click Actions → Bulk Calls.
- You’ll see the Bulk Calls list view (screenshot 1).
- Here you can:
- View past campaigns
- Monitor ongoing campaigns
- Start a new campaign
Bulk Calls List
Each row shows a campaign with the following details:
Field | Description |
---|---|
No | Campaign ID (order number). |
Type | Always shows Bulk for bulk calling campaigns. |
Status | Current state (Processing, Paused, Canceled, Ended). |
Total | Number of customers in the campaign. |
Left Total | How many calls are left to make. |
Created | Timestamp when the campaign was created. |
Updated | Last updated time (e.g., when paused, resumed, or completed). |
Link | Quick access to view campaign details. |
Statuses:
- Processing → Campaign is running, calls are being made.
- Paused → Campaign is temporarily stopped.
- Canceled → Campaign was canceled manually.
- Ended → Campaign finished calling all customers.
Starting a Bulk Calling Campaign
- Click “Start Calling Campaign”
- Opens the Start Bulk Calling Campaign popup (screenshot 2).
- Select Customer Group
- Choose an existing group of customers.
- If you don’t have one, click the ➕ icon to create a new group.
- Choose AI Agent
- Select which agent will handle the calls.
- Each agent has its own voice, prompt, and behavior.
- Choose Call Source (Salpre Box)
- Pick the Salpre Box you want to use.

- Add Additional Instructions (Optional)
- Enter call-specific context such as:
- “Mention the new product line.”
- “Remind about unpaid invoice.”
- “Ask for customer satisfaction feedback.”
- Enter call-specific context such as:
- Click “Start Campaign”
- The system will begin calling customers one by one.
- You can watch progress live in the Bulk Calls list.
🔹 Creating a Customer Group
If you don’t already have a group:
- Click the ➕ icon in the Customer Group field.
- The Create Customer Group popup appears (screenshot 3).
- Options:
- Manual Entry → Enter customer numbers separated by commas.
- Import Excel → Upload a spreadsheet with customer numbers.
- Give the group a name and click Create Group.
- Once created, it will appear in the dropdown for campaign selection.
🔹 Monitoring Live Campaigns
- After starting a campaign, you can see live status updates in the Bulk Calls list.
- Each campaign row updates automatically:
- Calls completed vs. calls left.
- Current status (
Processing
,Paused
,Canceled
,Ended
).
- You can pause, resume, or cancel campaigns as needed.
📝 Best Practices
- Segment customers into groups (e.g., VIP customers, overdue balances, promo targets).
- Always test with a small group first before launching a large campaign.
- Use Additional Instructions to tailor each campaign.
- Monitor status regularly and adjust based on response.
- Export or review transcripts later for quality control.
